基于3S技术的旅游景区灾害预警系统的研究
——以神农架国家级自然保护区为例

Study on the Disaster Early Warning System of Scenic Spots Based on 3S Technology ——A Case Study of Shennongjia National Reserve

摘要: 建立旅游景区灾害预警系统，有利于最大限度的降低景区灾害发生的风险和可能造成的负面影响。本文以神农架国家级自然保护区为例，基于RS、GIS和GPS技术构建了旅游景区灾害预警管理组织机构、灾害预警方法体系、灾害预警信息系统和灾害预控处置系统，对旅游景区灾害进行监测、预测、预报和预控，尽可能阻止或消除景区灾害的发生，实现旅游景区安全运行。

Abstract: The disaster early warning system is helpful to minimize the risk and impact of disaster at scenic spot. This paper builds up a disaster early warning system of scenic spots including disaster early warning organization, disaster early warning method system, disaster early warning information system, and disaster pre-control system. The disaster early warning system can monitor, predict, forecast and pre-control the disaster at scenic spot, trying to prevent the disaster
