高校教师工作绩效与敬业度关系研究

Empirical Research on the Relation between Job Performance and Employee Engagement

  • 摘要: 高校教师承担着教学、科研、社会服务等职能,对其工作绩效与敬业度进行评价是研究的难点和热点。根据多准则决策分析模型定性评价与定量评价相结合对高校教师的工作绩效进行评价,并且利用问卷收集的高校教师工作绩效数据,计算得到高校教师工作绩效数值,最后对教师工作绩效与敬业度之间的关系进行研究

     

    Abstract: Faculty evaluation is a difficulty and hot topic for a long time. The overall performance of faculties was evaluated from qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with the employment of Multicriteria Decision Analysis Model. With the data collected, values of the overall faculty performance were calculated and the relationship was verified between faculty performance and employee engagement.
