Abstract: Biological evolution is the most important basis of organizational evolution study. In recent years there was a trend that Symbiosis Theory is going to replace Darwinism and Lamarckian to lead the research of organizational evolution. After commenting on the Darwinism and Lamarckian, the writer figures out that it offers an opportunity for Symbiosis Theory to take place of Darwinism and Lamarckian because of their defects and scholars’ misreading. But the basic position of Symbiosis Theory on organizational evolution is the fundamental reason.
