大型角色扮演类网络游戏的传播要素 及传播关系分析

On Propagation Factors and Relations of Online Role-Play Games

  • 摘要: 大型角色扮演类网络游戏作为一个可以感知、可经验、可体验、客观存在的计算机互动娱乐软件,已经成为了一种有着重大社会影响的新媒介文化形式,对其传播机制或文化生成机制的分析是了解当下文化生成的一个重要途经。通过对网络游戏的传播者、传播内容、传播媒介、受众、把关人五个传播要素的分析,建构了网络游戏的传播关系模型;而可知传播者与游戏者之间的大众传播及组织传播、游戏者与游戏者之间的组织传播及人际传播、游戏者与类我符号之间的内向传播三个层面五个方面共同构成了网络游戏的传播关系。其传播关系既具有一般传播关系的共性,又具有基于网络游戏媒介特性所形成的特性

     

    Abstract: Online role-play games have been an important part of new media culture, which have significant impacts on society. To understand its propagation mechanism or cultural formation mechanism is an important approach to know about how the current culture forms. Through the analysis of propagation factors, this paper constructs a propagation relation model of online games. The relations include: mass propagation and organizational propagation between propagators and gamers, organizational propagation and interpersonal propagation among gamers, and intrapersonal propagation between gamers and their virtual selves. The propagation relation of online game not only has commonness with other propagation relations, but also has its own characteristics based on online games.
