Abstract: The reason why our government administrative cost is very high is that government’s cost awareness is indifferent, governmental procurement’s system is unreasonable, the governmental large-scale cost is high, governmental functions’ range is too broad, and the governmental cost monitoring mechanism is not perfect. This paper proposes the following ways to reduce administrative cost: strengthening administrative cost’s consciousness, improving the governmental procurement’s system, consolidating our governmental reform construction, intensifying the management by supervision, strengthening the cooperation, and carrying out E-government constructions
