Study of Improving the Level of Chinese Urban Community Service for the Aged

At present, the community of our country is still lack of community nursing staff, the role of social organizations, community service and demand is not suited to the problem. We need to strengthen the government's leading role to promote community endowment service system to further improve, strengthen the cultivation of all kinds of social organizations and to improve the quality of community service for the aged, strengthen regional characteristic, and strengthen the construction of the wisdom of the pension service platform to ease the current shortage of the situation.
