Scale Development of Emergency Follower Characteristics

  • Developing emergency follower characteristics scale can make a comprehensive evaluation on followers, and it plays an important role on the quality of emergency teams. Based on the standard procedure, the scale of follower characteristics is developed, which contains 21 items, with four dimensions, namely supporting leader, initiative, dedication, and professional ability. With a good level of reliability and validity, the scale can be used as the basis for the future research, and it provides a reference for followers' self-improvement, as well as personnel evaluation of related departments.
