Exploration of the Construction of New Intelligent Community Based on the Practice of Community Governance in Chaoyang District, Beijingbased on the practice of Beijing Chaoyang District community governing

As an important model of community governance innovation, smart communities have received extensive attention and promotion in recent years. As a pioneering pilot area for the construction of smart communities, Chaoyang District of Beijing has achieved full coverage of smart communities in eight streets, effectively promoting the refinement of community governance. With the continuous development and changes of the situation and needs, the smart community needs to be continuously upgraded and optimized. It is necessary to carry out in-depth exploration from the top-level design, construction mode, technology application, personnel training, and ideological guidance in light of the regional development reality, and build a new smart community. In this way, we will adapt to the development of the society and further improve the effectiveness of community governance.
